  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. If you reeieved Free Shiping and return an item for non defect you will be charged for the original shipping costs incurred by Forever LED. If a product is deemed defective, new shipping cost will be accured by the buyer for the replacement as well as any return shipping charges to Forever LED. Re-stocking fee of 15% maybe accessed on returned items. All Wreaths and Garland are Special order items and cannot be returned.  Please call for an RMA number.



  • International

  • For your Convenience we have setup our web-site for shipments to Canada. We are one of the few companies that will ship to Canada.

    Although most of our orders come across the border through NAFTA just fine, we have had customer experence problems. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Forever LED is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Forever LED charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties

  • Forever LED will warrant the product from defect for 90 days from the date of purchase. Factory Manufacture warrants the product for 3 years from date of purchase for residential and 3 years for commercial product. This warranty is void if any evidence of misuse is evident. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product once received and contract us for warranty replacement. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.



  • Return Policy

  • Forever LED allows for the return of lighting product so long as it is unused and saleable condition until December 1, of the current year. A refund will be issued once the product is returned and found in satisfactory condition. All shipping cost will be the responsibly of the buyer, including any Free Shipping received at the time of check out. A 15% re-stocking Fee maybe charged againist credit. All Wreaths and Garland are special order and can not be returned. Forever LED reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
